Led by the Spirit in Prayer

We must make our prayer in the manner which the Holy Spirit leads us and not according to our own plans.

PRAYER:  Dear Lord, I often approach you in prayer with my own agenda. I have something I want to ask you for, or perhaps some problems I want to talk over with you. But you have your agenda too. Since yours is infinitely more important than mine, even though you want to hear mine too, let me surrender mine to yours, and be ready to listen to what you are saying.
